At Granite Wealth Management, my focus is on fostering legacy relationships with long-term clients as well as building new relationships, as well as applying my experience and knowledge to help make sense of the current market environment. I review all firm holdings in our monthly Investment Policy Committee meetings, as well as all accounts on a regular basis. For me, the confidence and trust built among clients is the most fulfilling and rewarding part of my work. As a firm, we realized long ago how stressful and anxiety-inducing the financial markets can be. That’s why we aim to deliver a methodological and calm approach to the strategic recommendations with our account holders. In addition, we like to discuss clients' family legacy, such as the type of work they do and the implications of leaving money wisely to future generations.
My experience in the financial services industry began in 1984 at Dean Witter Reynolds, following my graduation from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst. From there, I worked at Fidelity Investments, Liberty Securities and Gage Wiley before founding Granite Wealth Management in 2002.
Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling to Europe, tasting various foods and wines, and embarking on estate gardening and landscaping projects. My wife, Lynn, and I also have a 1-year old Australian Shepard pup, Bahzil, who consumes a large amount of our time as well.
