The first quarter market outlook gets put together because we like to see the first five trading days of January, at minimum. Still, here is our input regarding how investors can approch recent stock market weakness with the full year in mind.
In short, the uptrend that was initiated in October of 2022 is still intact. The Roaring 2020’s scenario, as put forth by Ed Yardeni, is still intact. Getting there, however, will require living with some short-term discomfort.
